First time dining in Florianópolis and decided to try Trattoria Carbone. The atmosphere is very cozy and well-designed, definitely a great place for a relaxed dinner. Service was attentive throughout the night, and Rafael was friendly and helpful. I had the Costela Invernale, a slow-cooked beef rib served with a creamy risotto and mushroom sauce, and finished with a panna cotta. The main dish was rich and well prepared, and the panna cotta was light and smooth, not overly sweet. I spent R$181.93. Overall a good experience. Not the most mind-blowing Italian food, but a reliable and pleasant spot, especially for the ambiance.
Great Italian restaurant , and great service in a space cozy and romantic. I had Gnocchi w Filet Migñon medallions was delicious and had very tasty Tiramisu ! 🤤
The staff super cool. I had a lovely cacio e Pepe. A bit pricey but a top Italian restaurant. Probably best in the city.
Unique gem, gorgeous atmosphere, professional and attentive staff, and food that melts in your mouth. Even beautiful to watch the staff cook in the open kitchen.
Best Italian food and service I’ve had in Floripa. This is a phenomenal restaurant. It has a gorgeous interior as well.
